Unmatched Core Transactions

Unmatched transactions are core transaction records sent to Green Check that include data that can’t be found in the system. For example, this may include transactions with account numbers or transaction codes that were not previously recorded in Green Check. Unmatched transactions are stored in Green Check and will automatically be “matched” if/when the missing data is added.

For instance, if an FI begins sending core transaction data prior to a CRB org being approved in Green Check, those records would be flagged as “unmatched transactions”. Once the FI approves the org and enters their Internal ID, the user will see a notification that says, “## Existing Transactions Will Be Associated Based On This Internal ID”.
